Freedom circles.

Community-held healing spaces – built on honesty, connection, and the power of being witnessed.

A circle is not a group.
It is a container for truth.

Freedom Circles are small, intentional gatherings rooted in restorative practice and liberation psychology. A sacred space where high-capacity people —  especially Black women and women of the global majority —  come together to be honest, to be held, and to be seen.

IDENTITY & SELF-LOVE

Remembering Your Worth Beyond Your Roles

Who are you, really? This circle centers identity, unmasking, worthiness, and self-love. Together we’ll reflect on the messages we’ve received about who we should be, reconnect with our authentic selves, and practice affirming the truth that we are already worthy.

FEAR & COURAGE

Moving Forward Even When Fear Is Present

Courage is not the absence of fear — it is movement with fear. In this empowering circle, participants will explore how fear shapes decisions, where courage already lives within them, and how to use their voice even when it shakes.

AUTHENTIC PURPOSE

Choosing Alignment Over Expectation

What feels genuinely aligned for you beyond pressure, performance, or other people’s expectations? This circle invites participants to reflect on purpose, joy, identity, and the paths they truly want to pursue.
